At Theplasmaverse, we follow a simplified and transparent pricing model. Shipping fees do not vary based on weight or order size.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

2. Order Processing and Timelines
To provide clear expectations, our shipping process is divided into two stages: Handling Time and Transit Time.
A. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing the next business day.
B. Handling Time (1–2 Business Days)
During handling, our warehouse team verifies your order, performs quality checks on all garments, and packages items securely.

C. Transit Time (2–6 Business Days)
Once the order is picked up by the carrier, delivery transit begins.

5. Apparel Packaging Standards
Each item is packed according to its structure and material:

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

7. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal:

8. Missing, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Stolen Packages
Theplasmaverse is not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation. We recommend monitoring tracking updates or using secure delivery locations.
