1. Shipping & Logistics

How much does shipping cost?
We offer a $6.99 flat-rate shipping fee for all domestic orders within the United States. This rate applies whether you order one T-Shirt or multiple Jackets.

What is the total delivery time for my order?
Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days, including:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit Time: 2–6 business days

Which carriers do you use?
To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the most efficient route to your address.

What is the daily order cut-off time?
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

How can I track my package?
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and tracking link.


2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. This gives you ample time to decide if your Hoodie, Pants, or other apparel meets your expectations.

Are there any return fees?
No. Theplasmaverse does not charge restocking or hidden fees. Eligible domestic returns include a pre-paid return label.

How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

What condition must items be in for a return?
Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Free of odors, stains, or damage


3. Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options, including:

Which payment method do you recommend?
We recommend PayPal for added security and buyer protection, ensuring a fast and safe checkout experience.

4. Orders & Modifications

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if you contact us before 5:00 PM (EST) on the same business day. Once an order has shipped, address changes are no longer possible.

Can I cancel my order?
If you contact support@theplasmaverse.com shortly after placing your order, we may be able to cancel it. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the return process applies.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
