Cancel & Change Order
At Theplasmaverse, we operate with a commitment to professional efficiency. Because we maintain a rapid 1–2 business day handling time and a strict 5:00 PM (EST) daily cut-off, our logistics system is designed to move orders—whether they include a single Polo or multiple Jackets and Pants—into processing almost immediately.
We understand that circumstances may change after an order is placed. This policy outlines the exact windows and professional procedures for canceling or modifying an order placed on theplasmaverse.com.
1. The Critical Modification Window
To ensure orders arrive within our stated 3–8 business day total delivery timeframe, orders are grouped and transmitted to our warehouse shortly after the daily cut-off time.

Before the Cut-Off:
If you place an order at 2:00 PM (EST) and contact us by 4:00 PM (EST), there is a high likelihood that cancellations or modifications can be processed. -
After the Cut-Off:
Once an order passes the 5:00 PM (EST) threshold on a business day, it enters the automated handling phase. At this stage, the ability to intercept or modify the order is significantly reduced.
2. Requesting a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Outcome A – Successful Cancellation:
If the order has not yet entered warehouse processing, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. -
Outcome B – Order Already Shipped:
If the order has been handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please accept delivery and follow our 60-Day Return Policy to receive a refund.
3. Modifying Your Order
Due to our automated inventory and fulfillment system, some changes are more feasible than others.
A. Shipping Address Corrections
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately.

Address updates are possible only while the order is in the handling phase.

Once the package is in transit, we cannot reroute it. You may need to contact the carrier directly to request an intercept.
B. Size or Color Changes
If you selected the wrong size or color for an item:

Changes are possible only if the order has not been picked and packed.

Once the order status is marked as Shipped, item changes are no longer possible.
C. Adding Items to an Order
For security reasons, Theplasmaverse does not store full payment details and cannot modify charges on existing orders.
If you wish to add items, please place a separate order.

5. Refusal of Delivery
If you are unable to cancel your order in time, we do not recommend refusing delivery.
